Mr. Waffle regularly has correspondence published in the Irish Times and just as regularly people contact me saying, “Was that your Barry in the paper?”. My friends, mind you. Anyhow, I had my own letter published in the paper recently. Did anyone see it and comment to me? No, no they did not.

To be clear, redactle is good. The Irish Times is awful.
I am OBSESSED. ‘Have you tried redactle?’ I ask everyone I see. They think I’m talking about a drug. It’s better than drugs, I tell them. (And then when i explain, I usually get a pitying look. (Words? Words are your drug?? YES.))
Ps- congrats on the IT letter. I haven’t read a paper copy of the IT in so long. But my overall impression the last time I did was that there is a LOT of murder in ireland.
