Regular readers will recall that I mentioned last weekend that Monday night shopping was a “What’s Hot” item suggested by Irish Times’ journalists. Above is proof of this unlikely fact.

    This week’s was trite enough but not so parochial (shops in Blanch & Portlaoise mentioned). I noticed it credited assistance from some transition year students.

    Yeah, saw that. If it’s always done by TY students, I suppose one should be more forgiving.

    I doubt they were buying fresh veg last week. More like they are faintly better than the “journalists”.
