The Olympic flame travelled through Dublin this morning. The school took the children out to see. As Michael said, “It was the first time I saw Jedward in real life.”
Ah, should have explained, Jedward carried the flame some of the way – surely you knew this. They were waving from the bus when our lads saw them. They seemed less impressed by the guy in the white tracksuit carrying the flame.
Apparently they were cross-country runners in school.

It’s probably not my finest moment to admit that I saw Jedward live at Eurovision in Duesseldorf last year. Well, to be precise, we were at the dress rehearsal, and saw them arrive, clown around as well as perform. Hmmm.
